A weekend online Retreat to bring meditation and mindfulness into the everyday experience. The practices will focus on ways to meet, care and strengthen our awareness of our body - in formal meditation as much as in the everyday life outside our sessions together.

This online retreat offers an opportunity to practice together a weekend of mindfulness and meditation.
We will explore ways to bring embodyment to our daily life and care for the bodily companion in a variety of ways: through breathing, walking, mindful movement and practices of metta (friendship) and imagination. No previous experience in mindfulness or meditation is required for participation.
The retreat starts on the 27th of May at 20:00 pm and ends on Sunday the 30th of May at 10:00 am.
On Friday we will meet at 07:30-08:15 am, 14:00 pm-15:00 pm and 20:00-21:30 pm.
On Saturday we will meet at 08:00-09:00 am, 13:00-14:00 pm and 20:00-21:30 pm (all times are in CET).
None of the meetings are obligatory. Do join as many as your daily schedules and other obligations allow you to.
All meetings will be held on Zoom and the main language of the course will be in English.
