Meditation and Mindfulness are not limited to stillness. At times body, heart and mind deeply benefit from being moved in an aware and caring way. These sessions of 90 minutes combines practices and techniques from dance, Qi Gong, Yoga, acupressure and more into a deep exploration of our bodies. 

The intention is to strengthen our sensitivity, receptivity and our capacity to inhabit our bodies. We learn ways to ground and settle within our physical experiene and to discharge stress and tension which keeps body, heart and mind restless.

No previous experience is needed. If you experience any form of pain or limit of movement, please be in touch with me, so that we can adapt the session to your needs!
