This series consists of three weekends of guided meditations, instructions for mindfulness in daily life and talks by the teachers.
Each session stands on its own. You can decide to join one, two, or all three of the sessions. Our wish is to support you in developing mindfulness as a solid foundation for the day to day experience.
We are aware that due to your obligations towards work or family you might not be able to attend all the meetings.
Please do come to as many as possible to benefit to the fullest. We will offer the recordings of the meetings to listen in at a later time. This course is based on donations. We wish to make our courses affordable and accessible to all.
Your financial support allows us to offer teachings to those who could otherwise not participate in meditation and mindfulness courses. We will offer some of your donations will go to Waldhaus as a support for the staff and the center.
