Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC)
Welcome to our international mindfulness teacher training course. This is the fourth training course offered by senior mindfulness teacher Christopher Titmuss in cooperation with Ulla König. The next year long trainings starts on 27 October 2021. We offer in person as well as online participation.

Together with Christopher Titmuss, I offer the Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC) starting in 2021.
The course offers an in-depth training in the application of mindfulness to support oneself and others.
In the year-long course we touch upon themes like Mindfulness, Techniques and Tools, Empathy and Compassion, Communication, Wise Leadership and Community Building. The course consists of four residential meetings on Pauenhof, close to Duesseldorf, Germany, and monthly online meetings. We ask for a registration fee of 200 Euros and in addition to that for donations for the work of the teachers.
