Sangha Live. Day of Practice - Resilience in a changing world
Change is literally everywhere. The Buddha did not get tired of stressing the importance of being aware and awaken to the changing nature of all things. But the question to is – how do we do this? And how do we do this in a way which is fruitful and beneficial?
Zeit & Ort / Time & Place
04. Nov., 16:00 – 19:00
Change is everywhere! A truth, which the Buddha emphasized over and over again. But while it might be quite easy to see, change can be hard to accommodate. Change often goes along with feelings of resistance, fear or an urge to flee them within us.
Resilience does not emerge from a harsh confrontation with the truth of things, but develops from a compassionate, gradual process of waking up to it. The more we are rooted in supportive resources, the easier it will be to meet change, welcomed or unwelcomed, with wisdom, dignity and grace.
During our time together I will offer guided meditations and practices which will nourish the inner resources necessary to meet the change in our everyday lives.
