We have no idea how long this major disruption continues. We need support in these challenging times. Change is necessary. We provide effective mindfulness/meditation practices and reflections to handle this global situation without stress and anxiety.  

The course includes guided meditations, instructions/tips/reminders and  daily talks to support you. The practices build an inner resilience so we can support ourselves and others.  

Course schedule (all times in CET)  

Thursday 20:30 – 21:45 Introduction and Guided Meditation Friday 19th of June daylong Saturday 20th of June daylong Sunday 10th of June 8:00 – 10:00 am Closing Session  

We will send you the full timetable when you register.
